Your initial consultation begins with the Ultracam intra-oral video camera which allows us (and you) to view your dentition instantly on a monitor. If necessary, x-rays are taken with the Shick Digital Radiograph. This revolutionary technology produces a computer enhanced image with 90% LESS RADIATION EXPOSURE than ordinary X-rays require. The image can be magnified 1000 times for extremely accurate diagnosis.

MERCURY AMALGAM REMOVAL
Onlays/Inlays of composite or porcelain can now replace amalgam silver fillings, which contain mercury. This gives a long-lasting, esthetically pleasing surface that can withstand the strong forces exerted on posterior teeth.

LOW RADIATION X-RAYS
Our Digital X-ray Machine takes high quality digital x-rays, while exposing our patients to 90% less radiation.

TOOTH BLEACHING
This technique can brighten/lighten teeth utilizing a combined in-office/home technique using a peroxide-based product. Depending on the patient's body chemistry and saliva, bleaching can be effective 85% of the time and brighten teeth 2 to 6 shades lighter, depending on whether the patient smokes or drinks a considerable amount of coffee, tea, cola or red wine.

COSMETIC REMODELING
With the aid of an In-house Orthodontist, we can align teeth that are out of place to create a more harmonious appearance. We use a conservative treatment that requires minimal reduction of your natural tooth structure. This technique is often used along with veneers and tooth bleaching.

BONDING and PORCELAIN LAMINATES
Bonding can now be done on fillings in the back of your mouth as well as on your front teeth. With the newer generation of tooth-colored composites, we can achieve a natural appearance as we remove decay from your mouth.

Porcelain laminates (veneers, facings) are superior to conventional bonding in strength and durability. They are used where there is staining that can't be removed by conventional bleaching, to close spaces, to lengthen teeth and to correct crowded teeth. Dental laboratories today can create a virtually flawless surface using pressed porcelain. This allows us to create natural-looking, long-lasting teeth, while removing little or none of your original tooth structure.
